Our Acceleration Program was the first in Australia to focus on the energy industry and is now one of the largest accelerators in Australia of any kind. About the role

The role is based in EnergyLab's headquarters, a repurposed heritage building that has become home to a vibrant group of clean energy entrepreneurs. TheCoworking Space Manager will be responsible for ensuring this space operates smoothly, acting as a foundation for the success of the programs and events that are run there.

The Coworking Space Manager will also provide invaluable assistance to EnergyLab's management team in successfully delivering EnergyLab's suite of programs and events. This will involve assisting in the operation of coworking spaces around the country and providing logistical assistance for activities in Sydney. The successful candidate will work particularly closely with the Managing Director and Programs Director, who are also based in Sydney, providing them with administrative support as required.

EnergyLab aims to provide a fun and flexible workplace for all its employees. This role would be great for anyone who is excited about working in a creative environment and having an impact.


Key details

Location: Sydney, NSW
Contract: Full-time 1-year contract with the expectation to renew (subject to funding and performance)
Salary: $60-80k per annum (depending on experience), including superannuation
Start date: Tuesday 2 October (negotiable)
Reporting to: EnergyLab's founders

National Communications Manager

About the role

Reporting to the founders of EnergyLab, the National Communications Manager will be responsible for EnergyLab's communications, public relations, and marketing. That will involve building relationships with the media and putting out regular press releases about the success of our startups. It will also involve keeping EnergyLab's members and followers up-to-date by communicating regularly through email and social media.

Success in this role will involve raising the profile of EnergyLab and the startups we support, and ensuring those interested in the sector are aware of how we can support them. The successful candidate will be good at building relationships, creative and hard working. They are also likely to have a passion for the clean energy sector and a desire to help the entrepreneurs working in it.

EnergyLab aims to provide a fun and flexible work environment. The National Communications Manager will have a lot of autonomy while working closely with a team of like-minded individuals.
