Two positions are now open at EnergyLab!
Are you our next Ecosystem Manager or Communications Manager?
Ecosystem Manager
Do you love meeting new people and have a desire to use your extrovert powers to make a difference? Then you might be interested in applying for the role of Ecosystem Manager at EnergyLab. We're looking for a positive, outgoing person to build relationships with clean energy entrepreneurs and help them get started on their journey towards startup success.

About EnergyLab

EnergyLab is Australia's leading platform for launching new energy businesses. We operate coworking spaces across Australia to provide a supportive home for clean energy entrepreneurs and a regular meeting place for those interested in supporting them. Our Acceleration Program was the first in Australia to focus on the energy industry and is now one of the largest accelerators in Australia of any kind. Our events have become a regular meeting place for those interested in learning about the clean energy sector and exploring how they can contribute to it. You can read more about us here.

About the role

The Ecosystem Manager will play a critical role in the success of EnergyLab's work. By networking and running programs for entrepreneurs, the Ecosystem Manager will help ensure there are enough high-quality applicants for each intake of EnergyLab's Acceleration Program.

The successful candidate will love meeting new people, find networking events energising, and be passionate about helping others, especially those looking to support the energy transition. They will be responsible for reaching out to clean energy startups and potential clean energy entrepreneurs, attending events where they might be seen in the wild, and helping them apply for EnergyLab's support.

Part of the Ecosystem Manager's role is also running EnergyLab's feeder programs, such as the Women in Clean Energy Fellowship, the Landing Pad Program, and the Pre-Acceleration Program. Success in this part of the role will require the Ecosystem Manager to be highly organised.

EnergyLab aims to provide a fun and flexible work environment. The successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy while working closely with a team of like-minded individuals.
